Our Mission
we know military-connected teens are unique
YFC Military has served military-connected youth and their families for over 40 years. As a chapter, we partner with local chaplains, churches, schools and other like-minded organizations to reach military-connected youth through unconditional, authentic Christ-sharing relationships. We also help other YFC chapters do the same at military installations close to them.
Military life requires sacrifice, and military-connected youth proudly join in their family's tradition of sacrificing for the good of strangers. Something powerful happens when these amazing young people feel heard, seen and believe they belong. But frequent moves and living life in the absence of a deployed parent is tough. As a result, military-connected youth often feel overlooked and struggle to find where they belong.
These unique and selfless young people inspire us every day. It is our honor to be there for them and help them give life to their story!
